Career Placement Services
Most students find rewarding careers within Sentara Healthcare upon graduation. The College and the Sentara Employment Center help by organizing job fairs at Sentara facilities that include Sentara hiring managers and by providing interviewing skills and support. It is common for students to interview with managers they already know, thanks to the many hours they’ve shared in the clinical setting.
Graduates are actively recruited for positions within the Sentara Healthcare system. However, there is no obligation to work for Sentara after you graduate. While most graduates quickly gain positions, employment with Sentara is not guaranteed.
