Dr. Norma Bonney is the Director of the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL). She is an Instructional Designer and Educator.
Norma holds an EdD in Adult Education and a MEd in Curriculum and Instruction. She has 30 years of experience in education that includes various classroom, instructional specialist, instructional design, and leadership experiences. Norma enjoys spending her spare time with her family. Her hobbies include reading and music.

Dr. Tina M. Evans holds a Doctorate Degree in Education specializing in Adult Learning from Capella University and a Master of Science in Business and Industry Training from Old Dominion University. With over 20 years of experience in education, she is dedicated to empowering faculty to excel by sharing best practices and fostering critical thinking skills in both face-to-face and online environments.

Anisha has a diverse educational background, holding a Bachelor's degree from the University at Albany, a Master's of Arts in Teaching from North Carolina State University, and an Instructional Design Certificate from the Applied Instructional Design Academy. With 12 years of experience in public education, Anisha brings a wealth of expertise to her profession.
